Our Breaking into Pentagons course is back! We have a new instructor, Orin, ready to take on the challenge of helping you break in to those Pentagon tagged climbs. For the first course of the year we are running it at a super special discounted price of just £25 to enable Orin to test his new syllabus before we roll it out properly. The Pentagon tag eludes many climbers and most people who do enter this grade will remember their first of this grade for a long time.

Our Pentagon tags are for climbs between Font 6C+ - 7A+ (V6 - V7) 

Progression in climbing can be really hard and especially when you are trying to move between our grade tags. This is often because to move between these tags requires a new set of techniques or skills that you may not be familiar with. This can be frustrating as you try to break into new territory and therefore we have the solution for you!

Week 1 : Warming Up and Projecting

After a quick introduction we start with looking at the importance of warming up and how an effective warm up can really impact your session. After this we will begin looking at projecting climbs and how to tackle climb that to start with seem far above your level.

Week 2: Training

In week 2 we will begin looking at training techniques such as the Aurora Board, The Gym and then Endurance/Power Endurance exercises. These elements are really important in helping you to unlock that next level of performance and break into those Pentagon climbs.
