What if I already have an existing standard monthly membership that doesn’t expire until after the 1st?

Just wait until your current standard membership expires and then sign up for the new recurring membership.

Can my membership be frozen if I am injured or wont be able to come to the centre for a while?

For situations out of your control such as injuries or unexpected circumstance changes, we are happy to freeze your membership at any time during the month. Just speak to us at reception or email reception@volume1climbing.co.uk or phone on 01342 891 292.

How do I cancel my membership?

Membership cancellations must be made two days notice prior to the billing date and before the cut off date of the 25th - requests after this date will not be processed until the following month. To cancel, simply click the button above.

You can sign up at the centre but also online via the button below. If you sign up online, we will calculate your pro rata payment when you next visit the centre for the remaining days of the month.
